Sales Manager

Description of Job

Develop and cultivate sales opportunities for the company’s customized hardware and software implementation systems for U.S. subsidiaries/affiliates of Japanese based companies; Utilize written and spoken fluency in Japanese to devise and execute bilingual (English and Japanese) publicity and brand strategies that will effectively market the company’s IT consulting services to Japanese based corporations operating in the U.S.; Utilize written and spoken fluency in Japanese in order to communicate with Japanese speaking U.S. based corporate executives regarding their unique business integration system issues; Work with company Project Managers to define scope of engagement and corporate IT system integration solutions in order to prepare competitive requests for proposals (RFP); Negotiate terms and conditions of IT consulting contracts with corporate clients; Attend IT industry seminars and professional events whose membership or attendance is heavily represented by U.S. companies that are headquartered in Japan; Stay abreast of cutting edge information technology hardware/system trends in Japan that may enhance and achieve optimal business system integration between Japanese affiliates/subsidiaries operating in the U.S. and their parent corporation in Japan.


Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration or Business Management with two years of experience in the job offered.  Position requires written and spoken fluency in Japanese and English.
